During our 2018 vision board party, everyone was given thoughts are things vision card where they wrote (2) of their goals for the year. In the middle of the year, we followed up with each participant to see where they are with their S.M.A.R.T. goals.
S.M.A.R.T goals: : Specific, Measurable, Action, Realistic, Time-Bound.
